303 HORSHAM RD, SUITE B

Everything here is a temperature

Some of it is colder than a Pennsylvania January. Some of it is hotter than a July attic. Here is the whole range, so you know what you are walking into.

−166°FWhole body cryo
ColdLocalized cryo
RoomRed light
96°FDry float
150°FSauna

Every session is timed and supervised. First visit, someone walks you through it start to finish.

Three of the services have no temperature at all. They are listed below with everything else.

Included with a membership

Whole body cryotherapy

around −166°F3 minutes

You step into a chamber, it gets very cold very fast, and three minutes later you step out. People come in for it after training, after a long week, or because they like how alert they feel afterward.

Localized cryotherapy

ColdShort session

Cold air directed at one part of the body at a time rather than all of you at once. You stay dressed and you stay in the room. Sessions are short.

Red light therapy

Room temperature10 minutes

You stand or lie in front of a panel of red and near-infrared light. Nothing touches you and nothing hurts. Most people use it as the quiet part of a longer visit.

Sauna

around 150°F30 to 40 minutes

Dry, radiant heat. Easier to sit in for longer than a steam room, and you come out of it warm rather than wrung out. Bring water.

Salt therapy

No temperature10 minutes

You sit in a room while fine dry salt is dispersed into the air. Nothing touches you and there is nothing to do. People tend to book it alongside something else.

Dry float

around 96°F30 to 45 minutes

You lie on a membrane suspended over warm water. You feel weightless without ever getting wet. Closest thing here to doing absolutely nothing on purpose.

Priced separately, not part of a membership

EMsculpt

No temperature30 minutes

An applicator rests against one area of the body and delivers rapid pulses that make the muscle underneath contract on its own. It is a strange sensation the first time and it is not painful. Sessions are short and you stay dressed.

T-Shock Slimming

Cold1 hour

A cooled applicator worked slowly across one area at a time. The cold is intense at the start and settles as the session goes on.

Assisted stretching

No temperatureAsk when you book

Someone moves your arms and legs through their range while you stay still and let them. You keep your clothes on and you do none of the work.

What a session is actually like

Nobody explains this part, so people arrive nervous. Here is what happens, how long you are in the room, and what it feels like while you are in there.

Whole body cryotherapy

3 minutes
Most booked after training

You step into an open-topped chamber with your head above the rim, wearing very little, plus gloves and socks. It gets extremely cold extremely fast. Someone stays with you the whole time and talks you through it.

The cold is dry, which is why three minutes is bearable when three minutes in cold water would not be. Most people describe the first thirty seconds as a shock and the rest as strangely manageable.

You step out, you get dressed, and you go about your day. Nothing about it slows you down afterwards.

Localized cryotherapy

Short session
People who want one area rather than all of them

Cold air is directed at a single part of the body through a handheld wand. You stay dressed and you stay in the room, sitting or lying however is comfortable.

It is the same cold as the chamber, pointed at one place instead of everywhere. Sessions are short and you can talk the whole way through.

Red light therapy

10 minutes
The quiet part of a longer visit

You sit or lie in front of a panel of red and near-infrared light. Nothing touches you, nothing is strapped to you, and there is no sensation beyond mild warmth.

Ten minutes, eyes closed if you want. People often book it alongside something else rather than on its own.

Sauna

30 to 40 minutes
Anyone who wants the longest, slowest thing on the list

Dry, radiant heat in a private cabin. You sit, you sweat, you come out warm rather than wrung out.

Bring water and drink it. Thirty to forty minutes is normal, and there is no prize for staying longer than feels good.

Salt therapy

10 minutes
Often booked alongside the sauna

You sit in a room while a device disperses very fine dry salt into the air. Nothing touches you and there is nothing to do. Ten minutes, fully clothed.

It is one of the few things here where the whole experience is sitting still in a quiet room.

Dry float

30 to 45 minutes
People who cannot switch off

You lie on a membrane suspended over warm water. The water carries your weight, so you feel close to weightless, and you never get wet.

This is the closest thing here to doing absolutely nothing on purpose. Some people fall asleep. That is allowed.

EMsculpt

30 minutes
Booked separately from a membership

An applicator is positioned against one area and delivers rapid pulses that make the muscle underneath contract on its own, without you doing anything.

It is a genuinely odd sensation the first time and it is not painful. You stay dressed and you stay still. Thirty minutes.

T-Shock Slimming

1 hour
Booked separately from a membership

A handheld applicator is worked slowly across one area at a time, cycling between warm and very cold.

The cold is sharp at the start of each pass and settles as the session goes on. An hour, so bring your patience and something to look at.

Assisted stretching

Ask when you book
People who never stretch on their own

Someone moves your arms and legs through their range while you stay still and let them. You keep your clothes on and you do none of the work.

It is more relaxing than it sounds, mostly because somebody else is deciding what happens next.

Memberships and pricing

Memberships cover whole body and localized cryotherapy, red light, sauna, salt therapy and dry float. EMsculpt, T-Shock Slimming and assisted stretching are priced separately.

Teams, parties and private bookings

The studio is big enough to take a group, and booking it privately is the easiest way to use it. A few of the ways people do that:

  • Sports teams coming in together after a game or a hard training block
  • Birthdays and celebrations, with the space to yourselves
  • Small groups who would rather not share the room with strangers
  • Workplaces booking a block for their people

Private bookings are quoted rather than priced off a list, because the cost moves with how many people are coming, which services you want and how long you need the room. Tell us roughly what you have in mind and we will come back with a number.

Call to arrange a group

Visiting for the first time

Come about ten minutes early so there is time to show you around and get you set up. Wear whatever is comfortable. If you are doing cryotherapy, you will change into what the studio provides, so you do not need to bring anything.

Parking is directly in front of the suite.
